In my short career in FIRE and EMS, I saw two accidents like this. Both single vehicles striking a solid object. Neither turned out as well as this one.

I saw one news a few days, that said: racetracks are closing due the noise, the neighbor's are complaining.
They builds house near the racetrack and complain about it.
