Why arrest him for dangerous driving in an empty parking lot?! He got his punishment when he wrecked his car. The U.S. is arrest-crazy! Fill up those jails and prisons! We wouldn't want an empty cell now, would we? Oh, and all the fines and asset forfeiture... now that's a motivation for as many arrests as possible, for sure! Ugh!👎☹😡

Why is this a "big" problem? The driver was alone in the parking lot. The driver was the only one at risk. I don't think the light pole was in any danger. Leave it to the media to make a problem out of nothing.
