♻️ SHARE THIS: If you want to Build your STRONGEST, best looking Physique… Beans, nuts, and seeds shouldn’t be your PRIMARY source of vegan proteins.

🔑 Key word being PRIMARY

Yes they contain SOME Protein in them, but the dominate in each of those are carbs of fats.

If you try to hit your Protein intake with those food choices while losing weight, you’re going to end up needing to eat so many calories of it that you’re most likely not going to be in a calorie deficit.

Which means you’re not going to lose fat.

Most, Not all, plant-based foods (Fruits & Veggies, Nuts & Seeds) are predominately higher in carbs or fats, not so much protein.

That being said, Definitely still include beans, nuts & seeds in your diet for their nutrient benefits, but view them as that.

Not a main protein source, but it can be a supporting source since it has “some” protein.

The key is to consume those plant-based proteins in combination. Three sisters (corn, squash, and beans) work to complete protein chains. Protein is comprised from amino acids. Majority of plants do not contain all amino acids necessary, but in combination do.

Yea but what about not wanting to rely on protein powder? It has a negative affect on the kidneys after 20-30 years of constantly taking protein powder
