Basically i eat 900-1100 calories per day, i can't eat more because i don't feel hungry, the secret is i eat real food, it makes my stomach full.

I eat roughly 800 calories regularly and I eat real food no shakes or bars. An example: chia seed pudding with almond milk breakfast (250 calories), 10tbsp cottage cheese with tomatoes and black pepper lunch (150 calories) can of tuna fried with some onions and some grilled vegetables or maybe a boiled egg and some grilled vegetables dinners usually 400 calories. I go up to 1000 or 1200 a few times a week with dark chocolate fruit and nut. I'm a bit over weight 12 stone but still losing weight and building muscle. The myth about you lose muscle under 100 is not true because you can easily get good healthy protein full nutrient full real meals in and workout on such calorie intake and esp if you're heavily overweight like I was at 14 stone when I began. Dont listen to everyone! We all have different metabolism too. It's very possible to get this calorie intake in a more natural sustainable way.

*tip*: i find eating really spicy food makes you need to drink more water and honestly it makes me get about 3 extra cups of water in a day

you dont need to eat 800 a day eating bars and shakes.. try eating real food like Michael Mosley said

I've done this for 3 months and went from 10 stones to 8 stones and I'm 5 foot 5 as a 14 yrso I'm rlly happy with how I look rn. Its rlly easy, I typically est 1 and a half weetabix with semi skimmed mils for breakfast-250kcal.
For lunch I either eat a two egg omlet or a minestrone soup from sainsbury's (the fridge section) or a frozen berry smoothie with semi skimmed milk, i make sure its 200kcal. That leaves more 400kcal for dinner- where I'll usually eat some kind of lentil curry with a small chapati or some grilled fish with vegetables. Its rlly easy when you think in the mentality of how full you're feeling rather than all the lies that ppl spread by saying it's not sustainable. I've kept this weight for 2 years and know I eat whatever I want.

Im doing Slimming World in the UK and eating around 1000 cals a day and I've lost 54 pounds in 6 Weeks

The thing about this diet is I will work to lose the initial weight but is obviously not sustainable so when you start eating more calories, even if your eating healthy, the weight will come back slowly. Just eat healthy and workout guys it’s worked for me and is still so😀 there’s no quick fix😘

I did 800-900 days for a few months and it ruined my metabolism. Sure I lost a lot of weight which is normal because you basically starve yourself but I also lost my period and still have a problem with getting it back. And also, because this lifestyle is really hard to maintain, once I started eating I couldn't resist food, I binged and gained all the weight back + some more. So my advice is to not do this ever! It's better to eat a healthy balanced diet and workout. You only have one body, might as well treat it right.

I just started today. I skip breakfast, and then eat a very small lunch and somewhat of a dinner. 800 cal max, 15 grams of sugar, 30 carbs, and 15 gram of fat everyday day. It might be a bit less or more, but around that. Plus I have made an exercise routine.

I can't figure out if this is a handbag commercial or an advert for pre-made diet shakes and bars. I was hoping you were doing the Michael Mosley Fast 800 Diet and were eating actual real food but it doesn't seem so.

For breakfast i ate korean noodles 550cal
For lunch i ate some beans wich was 40.5cal
For lunch i ate small flamin hot cheetos 210cal

Total=800.5cal
Guys do you see that its good 181.5pounds
(82.8kg)
And i didnt starv at all

Omg I actually eat under 1, 000 calories a day and can confirm I eat more than this! Like actual veggies and fruit not only drinks and a bar that is 200 calories already THIS IS NOT HEALTHY!!! your morning shake is over 200 calories already GIRL you can have weetbix with banana and it’s 130 calories only! And your “lunch” tea with a bar is over 230 calories when you can have veggies and egg for like 250 calories. This diet is just simply silly.

This is a terrible diet, I can’t even explain I’m just shocked. As someone with anorexia I can clearly see how damaging this is

Im on 800-1000 on off days and 1200-1600 on gym days, I'm a 5 10 guy, I'm 156 lbs trying to get to 150 40 years young, I'm getting very bad dioreah though, but I feel great.

Shakes are helpful as you move on, once you eat food, all you can think of is food

Ridiculous. I eat around 800 calls a day but it’s all in real veg, salad, eggs and other lean proteins.
