This is my daily supplement routine. Along with eating a mostly healthy diet and exercising, I take these supplements daily. There are some not pictured that I take a few times a week.
Of course, this is what's good for me. Talk to your healthcare provider before taking or changing any supplements

Zinc- help keeps your immune system strong. It is necessary for immune cell function and cell signaling. Zinc supplements stimulate particular immune cells and reduce oxidative stress.

Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALC) - improves energy and brain clarity, reduces symptoms of depression and nerve pain

*Omega- 3 - Supports healthy heart, lungs, blood vessels, and immune system.

*Ashwagandha - Relieves stress and anxiety, lowers blood sugar and fat, Improves sleep, Sharpens focus and memory and Supports heart health.

5 days a week I take zinc, vitamin C and omega 3 fish oil. I'm thinking of taking D3 on days I don't get enough sun.

Morning- NAC, omega 3, vitamin D3, turmeric

Afternoon- Selenium, omega3, apple cider vinegar pill

Evening- vitamin C with quercetin, zinc, magnesium, passion flower & lemon balm. 2 apple cider vinegar pills 😅

Just because you have some vitamins it doesn’t mean you eat crap all day and now you are good
