Probiotics were a big lifesaver for me! (I had Salivary Gland Cancer) Some great sources in addition to a supplements are kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha and even yogurt!
Like you said, often they help heal the gut, which makes nutrients more bio-available!
I just started collagen so I’m excited to see the results!😁

Would love to see this in a kids version. I know each kid has different dietary needs but just daily essentials since they cant/wont eat everything nutritious for them. Thanks for bringing us back to our roots.

Hello Doctor, I take Vitamin D3 and Magnesium L-Thyronate, as well as Rhodiola .. How long is it safe to take them? Can I take them throughout the year, or should I continue for how many months and leave for how many months?

Taking turmeric..I take garlic paste daily or they call it golden paste..I get mixed messages on how much to take daily..what amount teaspoon wise would you recommend per day 🤔
