Mine: collagen, Niacinamide, B-complex, A, C, D3+K2, Lecithin, Quercetin, Zinc, Astaxanthin, Turmeric Blackpepper.
Did the whole blood panel-excellent
Vitamin D3 was 17 now 69
Did the second MRI on my shoulder (I have problem there and last time Dr told me I have arthritis signs)-no more arthritis! 😝
My hair grow and don’t break from the ends, no split ends, yesterday did computer diagnostics on my hair (because wanted to do Keratine treatment) hair looked great although I bleach them every 6 months
My acne is gone
My knee doesn’t bother me anymore

And I take about 5 supplements at night!

My supplement routine : Zinc, Copper, Probiotic, Collagen, Vitamine K2, Vitamine D3 (when there is no sun), Magnesium, Black garlic, Quinton plasma, triglyceride Omega 3. I will add Astaxanthin or Krill Oil

Love the topic, Dr. Rajani. My morning supplement routine involves vit C 1000-no less, combined with selenium 100 -no more. When I take a break from selenium for 2-3 months, I take zinc or omega 3. I also started K2 this year. My vitamin C is always in effervescent tablets and always in orange flavour.

I use high grade neutraceuticals, fermented enzymes, barley grass powder, baobab for vit C, astaxanthin, peptide bioregulators and humic and Fulvic acid
I’m personally not a fan of isolates and prefer taking Wholefood sources

Good video.
The best supplements are the ones your body is lacking and needs. That being said, I am a BIG fan of one of the most studied supplements on the market - CREATINE! It is the only supplement that I can say with confidence works for me and most other people I know that take it for sure.

Other things I take for different reasons- Bamboo tea sometimes, Beet juice at night, Viviscal, magnesium glycinate at night (my second favorite supplement), CoQ10, protein shakes to hit macros. I also take a Bioactive Collagen from Vital Proteins Professional line (Verisol). During stressful times I'll take some Ashwagandha.

Nad, chlorella, quercernin, b complex, c, zinc picolinate, ala, maca, niacin, amino complete, primrose oil, bromelain, probiotics, ones you mentioned and 4 others I take now and then.

I take collagen, molecular hydrogen and cbd gummies. I also take Monolaurin, D3/K2, Niacinamide, Gaba, DIM, Vit E, B12 and Omega3- sometimes Biotin. In the evening Magnesium/Calcium. The fermented garlic is interesting, thanks for sharing that and I look forward to see what you come up with.

Pterygium, yes my husband, a life long waterman has 1 on each eye. Wish he had taken Krill oil all along!
