40 Minute Low Impact Cardio & Standing Abs Workout | STF 2023 - Day 17

Welcome to SUMMERTIME FINE 2023 DAY 17! 48 Workouts left in our program! All fitness levels are welcome for this workout and you don't need any equipment! SUBSCRIBE to the channel and share this workout when you're done!


This workout is such a great start to the week as it truly is a workout that all fitness levels can rock! We will work for 2 rounds of each exercise for 60 seconds each and we will be operating in supersets so there will be no rest between the exercises until after you complete them both. After those 2 minutes of work we will have a 15 second break and after the second round of those two moves you will have a thirty second break. Grab water, watch for what's next, and work hard!!

The Exercises:
1. Squat close to wide
2. Standing side crunches
3. Reverse lunge and kick
4. Standing twists
5. Lateral kick and touch down
6. Disco slant crunch cross and side crunch
7. Slanted knee x2 drive to standing knee drive x 2
8. Side plank finisher

4 minutes straight of side planks at the end was tough, but I DID IT! My 5yo daughter was right beside me. In those last 30 seconds, Sydney, you said, "You are strong!" and my daughter said, "You ARE strong, Mama!" I had to actual yell out, 'I can do this! I can do this!' the last 15 seconds, and that got me through. And then I burst into tears. You have made such an impact on my life. I'm so grateful to be showing my daughter that her mama is strong and capable and that she is too.

Day 17 done !! 🎉... I struggled today. My motivation was low but I showed up and I gave it my best. I have been feeling strong and fit..at least better... clothes seem to fit better, at least thats how it felt but i stepped on the scale and no change.. i fell discouraged but then i did my analysis, realized how I am not doing my best in terms to my food and I can't ignore the fact that i FEEL stronger and better.. so here I am, showing up for my workout and I am gonna do better in other aspects of my life as well. I am here for a positive change and I am not giving up !! Look for me on day 65 !!

Boy! This is getting tougher day by day. This workout was by far the toughest one I have done with Sydney. But I still crushed it! Let's go!
