In between constant short breaks and almost quitting midway, I was able to finish this workout and I am proud of myself . Still extremely sore from 10k walks on Saturday. Thanks Andy it feels good waking up everyday to your constant reminder to move our bodies.❤❤❤

Treinos super maravilhosos! Fiz histerectomia total no final do ano passado, e com a menopausa, não tinha a mínima vontade de me exercitar, nem para uma caminhada. Foi quando conheci esse canal maravilhoso, e estou treinando há quase 1 mês. As mudanças no meu corpo são visíveis. Os treinos são gostosos, e se pode encaixar em qualquer momento do dia! Parabéns!
