Milk makes them a little tough. Water is best because it helps cook them with steam. Beating till foamy really makes them fluffy.

this may sound weird but i love the way the eggs is just a bit, undercooked yk? it makes it softer and it really just melts as you chew.

Omg I've seen this technique b4, the cooked parts move them 2 the center where the liquid is pushed closer 2 the walls of the frying pan gosh I love that techniques I want 2 master it so bad but my eggs come out horrible🥊🤔
