I find you very easy to follow and motivating! Thank you for the workouts. I do some light weight training separately, but am interested in balance exercises. Lady with a Pilates Mat has some exercises that are challenging but not overly acrobatic. Whatever you decide, I am happy with the barre workouts you provide and love the stretches at the end, too!

Such a great workout today! Loved the thigh section and adding the abs was amazing! Also would love a workout with weights or resistance bands for a different challenge. Thanks Gabby!

Love your workouts but the warm up in this one particularly was more of a workout than a warm up. Guess I need to stretch a bit before starting the class.
