The wording used on the thumbnail for this video says how to stay mentally strong in chaos. Such a loaded sentence lol. It reinforces the exact perception that it's trying to extinguish 🙄 I've seen no chaos with my own two eyes, in real life. But plenty of it online LOL.

Just take care of yourself and don't overload your mind worrying about the external world. We can all take care of ourselves. We all need to put on our own oxygen masks first, before trying to help others.

Then when you adjust to the suddenly evolved, and temporarily isolated world we live in, you will see all the harmony and strength of humanity, which greatly outweighs any perceived chaos. Reframe your perspective. 🤙☝️❤

Then use it when it’s really needed instead of reacting. Some call it meditation or connection or alchemy or magic or self healing. It’s all the same thing & part of who we are as an individual & a collective sharing it through action with others. It builds or expands.
