You two just probably saved my life.... Felt my right muscles in my back very tight and my back is in agony, I am crooked as a backwater senator and am about to attempt to do your stretches. I couldn't care if you spat when you spoke, I am so appreciative of finding you two.

This is getting eerie, guys! Right this moment I’m trying to relieve pain in my lower left back/glute/greater trochanter - took acetaminophen, put a lidocaine patch on, and am trying to find a good stretch. It’s soft tissue pain but YIKES! Had to comment right away because I KNOW this will help me and wanted to say THANK YOU, your timing is perfect.

Had a disc removed and had terrible drop foot due to the nerve being crushed I’m now week 5 and have full motion back in my foot thanks guys for your videos

I spent 30 years walking to work with a heavy shoulder bag - always on my left shoulder. I've just noticed in photos I have a definite tilt. Thanks for the tips!

Omigosh, answer to prayer! Been dealing with this for 6 months. Waking up with tightness on right side/hip, thinking it was the bulging disk, but usual stretch for it not working. Many thanks for this video, totally took tightness & pain away!

I fell, a foosh fall, broke my radial head in the right elbow. Had surgery, i have most of my mobility and strength back after a year...but my right side is so tight. The back, the hip, the shoulder. I slept only on my left because the arm. Also tend ti be right arm dominate. Holding babies, grandbabies on my right hip. I have alot of work to do get things back in shape! Thank you!

Waking up Sunday morning with excruciating pain . I couldn’t walk I couldn’t sit I couldn’t even stand straight up.I can’t thank you enough after repeating a few times your exercise the pain has gone, absolutely amazing.

Lying on medicine ball and reach over while exhaling and squeezing or oblique crunching the non tight side and then inhaling and inflating the tight side has helped me

I'm 29 and I've had a tendency of favoring my right side since I was a kid. I developed a bulging disc l5 s1 and although the back pain went away naturally....due to no insurance I've been limping around for 2 years now. 😣

Been waiting on this video. Thanks guys.

Thanks Bob & Brad! My wife has great difficulty getting on the floor and back up, so I placed a long card table under the blanket on our bed and she works out on that. It works great!

Thanks for this. Been waking up with a sore right side. Mattress is fine. I sleep on my left side always. Felt relief with these stretches right away. Will do more core strengthening exercises to support my spine and back too. Thanks guys. Great video as always.
