I feel like it’s better to take a supplement rather than just get put on birth control. So many doctors just shove that on patients without actually getting to the root cause.

Scammers are getting nice websites and packages and so it gets harder to spot them. It's due to people like you that spread awareness and educate that we can defend our health from such businesses, thank you!!

I love seeing you advocate for and educate so many people, thank you so much. I was wondering if you could make a video about endometriosis. There's such a severe lack of education about it, and as someone who suffers from endometriosis, I'd love to see anything you have to say!

Idk about that. I have been on FLO for 3 weeks and I am totally shocked. For once in my life I have clear skin. I had horrible cystic acne all over my NECK - deep painful cystic acne, and now its all gone. I just have some hyperpigmentation. I have had these nodules for monthssss and now they are 100 % gone! However, everything that works for people doesn't work for me so maybe this one doesn't work for most, but it did for me and I am so over the moon happy! I can't stop looking in the mirror because I am in disbelief!

Flo was amazing for me. I’m commenting before I get to that part of the video but I saw it on the thumbnail. I was shocked that it worked so soon, I want to try them again tbh.

I took Smoo for a few months daily in 2020, and had just intended to start another round of 3months just today before coming across this video! Thank you for spreading awareness onto this subject, I fell into the marketing trap myself, while I can say that this product in my case did help in some ways as it releaved some of the pain, cleared up my skin, I’m sure that there are other, healthier ways to fight these ‘hormonal imbalances’ and symptoms that come with PCOS and endometriosis.
I will definitely do more research in the future before buying, it’s true that these products are promoted in a way that you as a buyer do not think the studies are necessary, you only see other people benefitting and are desperate to find a solution for yourself. We all have different bodies, so naturally we all need different lifestyle habits and are lacking different sort of minerals and vitamins in our systems. Take care!

I took FLO bc of my PMS mood swings since forever...I have lean PCOS and ate healthy, couldn't get pregnant in 6 years trying on and off...I didn't even get periods on my own..I took FLO 1.5 months and I found out I finally conceived, so I plan on taking it in the future for mood swings and for future babies. Not only that, but it did help eliminate my mood swings when I took it like wow. So it worked for me, but everyone has a different body and physiology. This is my true experience.

Ma’am, FLO works. I used to have thee PMS symptoms. Mood swings, bloating, lower back pain, acne, etc & ever since I’ve started on FLO two yearssss ago. All of that went away. My periods have also regulated and I don’t get any cramps. I have never been on birth control & OB/GYN’s have always tried to push me into it to regulate my periods

I was perscribed metformin for irregular periods, no blood testing, no hormone testing. I found this odd bc i don't have diabetes. My a1c was 5.1 and my average blood sugar was 85. I didn't fill the scrpit, it just didn't feel right. I was told later metformin isnt approved for treating irregular periods. You have to be your own advocate

Thank you so much, this was extremely helpful!! I am a young adult that has definitely been targeted like crazy by all these ads and I couldn’t find any science behind the ones I was considering, so I turned to YouTube to look for unsponsored reviews, and here you are, my savior (of wasted money and time)!!! ❤️

The love wellness perfect condition and their probiotics have helped me when i feel ( and smell ) unbalanced. Doctors and now studies are showing that it may be better to treat and assist those with chronic BV with probiotics versus antibiotics. As someone who doesn't have a very good diet and go most of the day without eating, the folic acid and the black pepper fruit extract in the Perfect Condition vitamins help me adsorb the nutrients that I do take in. So honestly these could be helpful for some people.

FLO 100% works. Been using almost 2 years and my skin has stayed clear. I used to get horrible hormonal acne and terrible cramps. I’ve done a 180 .. so please don’t deter women from them.

I have PMDD, I use nuvaring continuously and my baseline depression is treated with meds. But I still have hormone fluctuation depressive episodes that cause me to hand over my potentially dangerous meds to someone I trust. I recently purchased some supplements that were more affordable than some of these options (Delune steady mood) and they backed their ingredients with studies but not their specific formulation. At this point I am willing to spend money on things that may or may not help. I want to stay on this earth as long as I can and my PMDD can make me stop feeling like that sometimes.

Kept waiting for her to talk about ANYTHING helpful or based on science, she never listed one ingredient on any of these and talked about why it “doesn’t work” I take supplements to balance my hormones and it works. Prior to me taking said supplements I went to the ER for an ovarian cyst rupturing and all the doctor told me was there’s nothing they can do and just to take ibuprofen or get on birth control. Trying to demonize balancing your hormones is disgusting. I’m sure some of these don’t work, but that doesn’t mean you can’t balance your hormones.

Started FLO after my cycle ended in November. In December I had my normal PMS, bloating, sore breasts, mild moodiness, wanting to eat ALL the junk food and acne on my chin but I only spotted for 4 days. Towards the end though my acne blew up. So so much chin acne for over a week but then it started to fade away around the beginning of January. Three weeks after the spotting, without any PMS I started to bleed. And 9 days later I haven’t stopped. The first 4 days the cramps felt like I was passing a kidney stone. And all 9 days the heaviness has made me pay a fortune in feminine products because every hour I bleed through a Ultra tampon and have to also change my stage 5 pad every 2-3 hours…for 9 days now. My doctor has put me on progestin and an iron supplement. Today I got so light headed that I fainted. The hospital is my next step if it doesn’t start to get better.
