I noticed a foul odor when I was stressed out. I was in the middle of moving with no help and that’s when it began. Now I’m settled and it’s gone. Great video. Thank you🦋

I do believe what we eat or drink affects our smell as well . I had to increase water and probiotics worked for me

This doctor is awesome!!! I agree with everything that she says. another good tip is to stop using fabric softener on your clothes. it only leaves a coating on the fibers that trap odors and bacteria. Especially do NOT use it on your workout clothes or underwear.

It might seem strange or even cringe worthy to some, that a male would follow this channel. However, I personally think, that every male with a female partner, needs to fully comprehend the subjects discussed here.

I have dranked pure cranberry juice NO concentrate along with lots of water for a week and my vagina had no scent whatsoever. But all in all im glad i found your channel 😊

Living in the uk it’s close to impossible to get checked by a real doctor - all bunch of nurses here who are clueless let alone know anything, every visit they tell u to get something over the counter I’ve been unwell in that area for at-least 2 years and I keep self medicating caus I don’t have a choice . Such a shame . Thank U for this

I used to think it's nasty to just wash with water but water is the healthiest to hydrate and wash our bodies with. Chemicals in everything we buy. I also wash after pooping. Most people don't and that's nasty. Just hop in the shower for two min and rinse.

Those natural ingredients with “no studies” do work. I drink cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, eat pineapple, and garlic, and it does wonders for smell and taste down there. I’ve anecdotally tested this on my own body. But I also don’t eat meat so that’s another thing I’m sure has benefitted me.

I just have to say how gorgeous you are Dr.Jen! Your confidence and knowledge also lends to this. As a Firefighter/Paramedic, I have assisted 3 moms in delivering their babies and it's a great honor. There is a certain genetic predisposition towards personal body odors that occurs among some people of 50% or more British ethnic DNA background.

I really have to say. Probiotic changed my life!!!! I used to have BV all the time and the smell was always off! Every since I started probiotics, my down there has no smell whatsoever!!!!

Sticking a washed garlic directly up in there you will immediately taste and ONLY SMELL garlic it will drive you crazy but it will get the itching to stop.
Don’t recommend but worked …. for a friend. And it’s hard to get out even when you tie it to a string like you would pull on a tampon NOT as easy, we almost went to the ER.

I’m so glad I saw this! My male obgy doctor told me to just take a baking soda soak and eat more yogurt for my excess of Bacteria. It didn’t sound like it would help.

i always thought a mild 'fishy' odour was normal?? Also, sounds weird, but sometimes I notice it smells of cheese and onion crisps! never had any change in discharge though.

The feminine washes really help me, because most soaps irritate me down there, and made me have irritatIon and odor, but some feminine washes really help me and dont irritate me

regarding eating things and getting noticeable results in body fluid smells: eat asparagus, go pee afterwards, wonder ...
So it is not so unscientific to think something like this could happen with vaginal discharge.
But surely treating a CAUSE of the odor is not just treating the odor itself.

I do know, that depending on what my wife eats, she is a light sweet odor, or a kinda musky .either way we still having fun
