How to Bake Chicken Breasts In The Oven - Juicy and Tender | Baked Chicken

So this recipe is not mine, I tried this method and loved it, so thought I would share it with my subscribers. :)

So ..
1. Brine the chicken in warm water with handful of salt ( or leave in fridge over night if you want to use the chicken the next day)

2. Wash then pad dry

3. brush with butter or oil ( butter adds flavour and gives a nice crust)

4. Season the chicken with any spices you like

5. Bake in preheated oven (425F / 220C) for about 15 - 25 mins depending on the size of the chicken, ( make sure they're not raw on the inside!)
A thermometer inserted on the thickest side of the chicken should read 160-170 degrees F or (75° Celsius), that means it perfect.

6. Make sure you let the chicken rest for about 5 - 10 mins, If you cut straight into it you will lose its amazing juices that keep it moist and tender. So you must let the chicken rest :)

Then enjoy your chicken with anything you like really, I'm sure you can pair this with anything, sandwiches, wraps, Tacos, Pasta ... I don't know you decide :D

No annoying music, Simple, straight to the point, no long intro hearing about someone's life story about how they've tried doing something every different methods. More vids need to be like this.

This is the only way I’ll make chicken breast from now on. I brined it at room temp for 20 minutes and stabbed it with a fork bunch then doubled the cook time because I had four huge pieces. It came out perfectly juicy. It was just as good reheated the next day. Great video, thank you for getting straight to the point.

I made this last week and overcooked it. But I made chicken salad with the results. Tonight I will try again! And not only are the bird songs pleasant, a child chitter chattering in the background is just delightful. :)

I'm having chicken for 1 this Christmas. So got chicken breast instead of a whole chicken. Will do this tomorrow and top it off with gravy thank you

My version Step 1. Stab your whole chicken with fork ( so that seasoning would be absorbed). Step 2. Grind fresh herbs of choice with garlic, onion, salt and enough oil to allow the mixture to be grinded. Step 4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and massage it into the stab holes of the chicken and all over in general. Add more oil over the chicken for moisture. Cover overnight in fridge or 2 h at least. Step 4. Put in non stick container, and put it in 375 degree Fahrenheit heated oven . Leave it covered for like 20 to 25 min then remove cover. Remove when golden or if when stabbed with a knife, there is no liquid residue on utensil ( comes out dry) about 15 to 25 min for me
