Yes I agree times and temps are left out but I first found her recipe online on gimmie some kitchen last year with no video so I used the instructions and it turns out great. 450 for 15 to 18 mins. Brine 1 to 2 quarts luke warm water 1/4 cup kosher salt for 15 minutes or up to 6 hour in fridge. Tent afterwards for 10 mins. I've used it several times but I use my own seasonings choices. Hope this helps
