Chill guys, all the details are listed on her website in the description box. Temperature is 200C for convection oven for 18 - 20 minutes (or until cooked in the middle). For standard ovens it is 220C. I tried this recipe tonight, but since I only used 2 chicken breasts, I cut down the ingredients all by half. And because I didn’t have paprika on hand, I used cayenne pepper instead. I also added 1/4 tsp of onion powder. The chicken turned out perfect! Very juicy and tender - not dry at all. Before eating, you can squeeze a little bit of fresh lime on top - it really brings out the flavors very well. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

I dont normally rave about youtube recipes.... but this deserves 5 stars!!! Had to make double the amount the 2nd time because everyone wanted more. So delicious! With broccolini and garlic rice

Just made this. Very delicious i did add some cayanne pepper afer just for a bit of a kick. I would add maybe 1tbs to the rub next time.

Looks like it says 425F for 16-18 mins on the website,

I prefer baking longer for 30 minutes at lower temperature, about 385F. It still juicy for sure but doesn't burn the marinade.

I see a lot of people talking about time and temperature. Remember... when you take it out of the oven and set it down, it’s really still cooking for at least 4 minutes just sitting on the counter.

I made this once and it was really simple, though they should include the temp which is 425 degrees for 18 minute. It came out delicious, better than another recipe where really pound the chicken then then fry; healthier, this one! Thanks!!!
