It was a joke. He was doing it to attempt dramaticism.. also to try and illicit some form of empathy from the smooth brains, through showing the facade of trying hard to think on a topic that he already knew the answer to.
You know what else I am sure he is aware of?
That 50% of attraction in you, and what you find in other people, is derived from the face alone.
That it is the proximity in your day to day habits/lifestyle that statistically create the opportunity for finding a partner. That is why, before all the corporate culture wars against it, nearly half of all marriages in the U.S. where originating from the workplace.
There are a lot more on this topic.. This was from my college psychology book btw. That's why I know he is aware of these studies. Basic stuff.
He just laid out the very basics of the personal decisions/responsibilities side of it.. and these traits he laid out will statistically improve the odds of finding a partner in the dating pool.. that's kind of his whole shtick to everyone.. personal responsability.
Well.. that is the one that got popular at least.

my point is, people like what they like aesthetically.. make your face look pleasant, and be in an environment, in your regular day to day life, that would be full of potential matches that fit you as a person. You know.. if you are into bowling, hang out at bowling alleys. That kind of thing. Good luck to everybody that is still searching.. lol including myself 😏

Yes I agree with your description of a what a man that a woman would want would be but also a few more things that would indicate good potential parenting skills. So at least a little bit nurturing, attentive and intuitive.
