What I've learned is being a good man is more important than impressing women. A man can have all 5 of those points and still be a good man. If a woman one is interested cannot see that in you because you're not a "bad boy, " move on because she's not worth the time or effort. The good ones will find each other. I knew a girl, the prettiest girl in town, I asked her out but she said she was getting over a broken romance, a few decades later I saw her and I told her I asked her out a long time ago but she wouldn't go out with me, she asked are you a good guy, I said yes, she said that's probably why, she said she likes bad guys. She told me how she'd been hurt by them several times but she said she still likes bad boys, she said she lives alone now at over 50 years old and she will have to be satisfied to live alone.
