Hello everyone, today I am sharing a very delicious, tasty and healthy snack/breakfast with just few common ingredients like potato, peas and bread. If you like this video please like share and subscribe click on the bell icon.
Ingredients:
Potato - 2-3 Boiled and chopped
Peas - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
Salt, Red chilli powder - As per taste
Cumin seeds powder, Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp
Bread slices - 4-5 pcs
Corn flour + Rice flour - 1 tbsp each
Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
Oil for Shallow frying
Method:
1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai or non-stick pan, saute ginger, peas and add all spices. Add in boiled potato and cook the mixture for 5-7 min until soft and mashy. Cool down the mixture.
2. Prepare slurry by making thin batter of both flours along with salt as per taste.
3. Take bread slice, dip in little water, place the potato peas stuffing in the centre and shape it like a ball and flatten a bit to give tikki shape. Refrigerate it for 10 -15 min.
4. Dip each pcs in slurry and put the pcs in heated oil. Shallow fry all the pcs until crisp from both sides. Sprinkle little sesame seeds on top of each pcs for added crispness and flavour.
5. Serve hot with chutney of choice.
