We did it just now and it came perfectly. I did few changes. I added lemon zest of a one lemon and unfortunately I had a larger baking tray. So I kept it at the same temperature for 20 min as my cake was very thin. It came perfect and thanks a lot for your video. So far I tried so many cake recipes and your one came perfectly and both me and my wife love that as it was very very simple. ❤

Tried it. It's soft and spongy but it smells eggy. Adding vanilla extract would make it perfect.

1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour (1/2 + 1/4 = 3/4)
