This works, if and only if the frame and/or body of the iphone is not bent. A bent iphone frame can make it very difficult if not impossible to fit the new screen into.

Good basic information but missed a lot of important info like programming the screen and also before you close it you need to re apply the adhesive then put the phone together again

It would be a lot easier to heat up the screen a bit to melt the adhesive (with proper tools don't just put it over a fire or sum) because that might avoid the chance of trying to remove the adhesive, struggling, and accidentally exerting too much force, damaging something inside. It's happened to me, happened to my friend, just melt the adhesive, makes ur life easier.
