How To Ignore A Narcissist That's Driving You Crazy

When a narcissist is activated it feels like all they want to do is drive you nuts.

They trigger you.

They target you.

They hook you.

They refuse to accept your boundaries.

And, they steal your energy for supply.

If you just try to ignore the narcissist – meaning you try to hide out and stay out of their firing line, you will only get more of the same.

This is not the solution, you need to take very definitive steps to successfully ignore a narcissist that is driving you crazy.

Anything you tell them they will use it against you, and boundaries is nothing but challenge fuel to them, it's all a game to them to see how far they can push you or just to see what they can get away with, there's some people in this world you just can't fix or get along with and the narcissist is one of them, this is why everyone says no contact and block them on everything, once you know, you go, you get out and you stay out 👍🙏

I disagree with saying anything as this only gives them fuel. One must go complete NO Contact...block all social media, Phone numbers & email addresses. If you run into them at the store, on the street etc, completely ignore them & continue on your way!

I love how you said narcissism is a spiritual war. I truly believe it since for the first time in my life i feel powerful and close to God. I'm still with my narcissistic husband but I am now able to ignore with dignity and grace all of his hurtful, selfish comments and actions.

Everything you said is 💯 true of what I’ve been dealing with This is my husband who I’ve come to learn is a Nars and for over 20 yrs I’ve been trying to talk it out, explain, repeat ect... I have been so confused that where did the guy go who I thought would never treat me this way. When you said it’s a spiritual war - that hit home so much. Because I’m wanting a happy healthy loving home and I am a Christian and all I’ve seen him do is fight me on anything that would be good. I pray that I can learn how to get my power back — this is insane and it has made me physically sick.

I really wish i had this video to watch 4 days ago. After going completely zero contact for 2 months with my ex narc, she messaged saying she missed me 4 days ago, and against my better judgement I responded. Still stating the truths about what I know and won't tolerate. What a mistake. She messaged again 2 days later, and again this morning all with the same nonsense that's been going on for months. Back to no contact for me. I should've known better.

I don't think those born kind and sensitive will ever transfuse their natures into narcissists who already exist in the world and can never reflect emotional honesty back...it's not a two way street...only self empowerment, emotional independence, and discipline, will win out...it's hard medicine and slow work...as your videos constantly demonstrate...
