For the last couple of months, my eyes have been blood shot, extra extra eye crunchies when I wake up in the morning and lots and lots of watering throughout the day. Any ideas?

Belpharitis can cause droppy eye lids .. i have belpharitis from so many months the symptons is controlled now but idk how my right eyes lokks smaller the left eye .. is my droopy eyes can go by own ❓
