For everyone feeling stuck with this! This is not a diagnosis, its a symptom of something else. I've done Allergy Immunology and it's going away. Sinuses or allergy are connected

Fabulous explanation! Thanks so much. I have had Bleph for years, I find it makes my eye bags even more puffy than they should be.😩

What helped me was Hypochlor gel (2x a day) to clean my eye margins with cotton pads. I also use systane complete, preservative free drops to keep my eyes moisturized. But the most effective treatment was treating my scalp dandruff. No one told me that scalp dandruff can transfer to your eyes. I started using a medicated dandruff shampoo 2-3 times a week, and I have not had a flare up since.

Had it for years. I went carnivore (known to be anti inflamation) and it was gone in 6 days. Let food be thy medicine!

It has been difficult to know what to do for blepharitis. I believe you have given the best understanding that will lead to effectively treating it. I can do 2 minute soaks.... 10 and 15 minute soaks never got done. And the importance of washing after soaking was never emphasized.

Now I know what it's all about. Best explanation yet. Drs around here don't explain anything.

I rinse my eyes with a saline solution, clean my lids with the Ocusoft pads every few hours, and swapped Manuka honey on them. It went away within a few days.

Use a clean warm cloth/compress to alleviate discomfort.

I found the eye pads got rid of the itching and burning very quickly.

I started with blepheritis following oral surgery. Now my whole body (skin) is inflamed 2 years following. To the point I now need oral surgery again but the dentist won't treat me saying I have MRSA. My lab test show cutibacteria and scant staph. I been told its NOT mrsa. I can't go out or have dental work or wear contacts etc. This got serious. Any suggestions?
