I enjoyed this. something I learned surveying years ago. If you want to from a 90 degree or perpendicular angle. stand on a lie point your hands in both directions, close your eyes put your hands together. open your eyes you have just made an exact angle.

Actually I've used Google Earth pro to design parks and village squares while using the elevations that program provides to lay out existing grade lines on the site. Quite useful system.

Those measurements aren't accurate.

I actually had a client argue that the Google measurements were more accurate than the tape measure we had right in front of us...it was '3, 000 square feet off.

You are better off going to your county's parcel map viewer. All the measurements are there for you.

This works great, except the print. When I print all I get is a tan rectangle...not very helpful.
