My favourite Aloe Vera Juice is the Watermelon peach flavour from the Alo Comfort

I cut one whole leaf into sliced, remove skin, place in bowl with water, rinse several times, blend it to a liquid, boil that for about 20 minutes. It’s Ready. Store in refrigerator in a mason jar. Take two or 4 tbsp every day.
