I have always gained the most by doing full body workouts 3-4x weekly. Everyone who cries overtraining is full of crap usually. Most people never come close to true overtraining.

i was doing 6 days per week for 2 years straight every muscle 2x per week i got burned out a little. now i'm training 4-6 days per week and im making more strength gains. giving my muscle a little more rest just makes them stronger

I do 5 days a week. I'm on calorie deficit. Take protein shakes. I'm down 11 kg. I do gain definition and strength. I will focus on gains after reach 15%. I'm telling this because i feel good about myself and want to expess it. Thank you.

Eliminating the notion that training cycles should follow a 7-day week has really helped my planning. It’s a lot easier to do every body part 2x “per week” when you schedule it in 8 or 9 day blocks with a rest day or two thrown in there. And it spices up the routine a little bit, because one week chest might be Monday and the next it’s on a Friday
