My only get one light and doesn’t go up what the mean?

Becoming pissed off. I charge the battery overnight and press the button on batter, and one green light blinks. I search for what blinking light on battery might mean and only get hits on the goddamned charger lights. I try -charger in the seach, and still only get hits that tell me shit about the charger.

I hate engineers. How about a light labeled "charging" and another light labeled "fully charged"?
