Periods are every 31 days but white discharge is seen from 10 to 15 days. 10th day is fine and then less and less till 15 days. So is this the ovulation date?

I'm dry all through my cycle except on the one day I ovulate. On my ovulation day, I experience a little discharge of clear, slippery cervical mucus. The discharge is very little and after i wipe, that's all I get for the whole day of ovulation. Then I go back to being dry again.

Does this indicate infertility or just a small chance of fertility? What are my chances of getting pregnant?

we've been trying to have a baby but my CM seems to be more creamy and quite watery but never gets to egg white and stretchy. I ovulate every cycle though. What should I do or is this also considered fertile?
