Started doing 10k steps a day minimum, reduced portion sizes, cut out sugar and have gone from a size L to an XS shirt in three months!

I live in the mountains and I love it. Dropped 56lbs 3 years ago with walking, IF and Keto. Remember, it's easy to get started on. I eneded up hiking 5 miles every day.

Couldn't agree more. Since walking 5 to 6 miles a day combined with eating a low carb diet I have lost 50lbs in 6 months and am at my ideal weight for the first time in about 15 years.

I’m lazy and I always walked for hours cause it was easier than going for a run and it’s kinda peaceful to be outside and get lost in my own thoughts, didn’t know it was the best kind of cardio but I’m glad it’s been my go to for years now :)

I walk 2-3 hours daily at the crack of dawn (in fasted state, except green tea). Burns fat like crazy!

In high school I was very lean because I was walking around with my heavy backpack after school to the mall with my friends everyday. Walking does indeed do the job.

Great advice again Tom! I walk twice a day for high blood pressure. I also been training for decades for a bodybuilding lifestyle. Thats plenty of cardio for keeping shredded! 💪mrwtby

I started walking (1hr, 3.3mph, 15% incline) instead of running (1hr, 6mph) after my workout. After two weeks I can see my muscles look fuller and my legs / knees aren’t killing me and I’m burning about the same 1, 000 calories.
