I was hoping to learn about maximizing micronutrients and how to avoid needing to take supplements..ideally with more numerical facts. What foods to eat to best reach that goal. It might just be me, but I felt that the title of this video didn't match what I just watched. 😅 or perhaps my expectation didn't line up with what this videos intention was to be? Either way, this video felt fairly vague to me. I greatly appreciate him talking about recognizing deficiencies in malnourishment and how it can affect us! That was a cool bit I wasnt quite expecting =) thank you.

Under 1000 calories a day, walk 4500 steps, and no weight loss. I’m pescatarian. I steam my vegetables because Salad with raw cruciferous bloats me terribly.
