Golfer's Elbow Pain Relief (Vital Soft Tissue Mobilizations!)

In the previous 3 videos in this series we covered a lot of information about how OTHER areas of the body can impact medial epicondylitis. Now, we want to begin working on the elbow itself to help restore more normal mobility, flexibility and strength. And, in most cases, that process begins with addressing the soft tissues.

In this video, we'll share some of the most time-efficient and useful soft tissue mobilizations that we use constantly with our clients.

Critically, the focus will be on whether your particular case responds better to compressive or de-compressive mobilizations. Knowing this will help you to continually refine your own rehab progressions.

So if you're tired of dealing with golfer's elbow pain, be sure to watch this and the rest of the videos in this series.

Video Highlights:
-- Compression with mobilization
-- Why soft tissue work should include the whole arm
-- Decompression stretch

This series is fantastic!! But I’d like to know what may be the causes to prevent the issue from coming back. To get to the root of the problem. Would love to know if you can address this in this series. Unless it’s outside your scope?
Thanks again for highly informative videos of outstanding quality, so consistently!
