If you're struggling with tennis elbow pain, you're not alone. This condition, also known as lateral epicondylitis, is a common problem that can cause significant pain and disability. It can often make even incredibly simple everyday activities like lifting a cup of coffee or turning a doorknob into an excruciating experience.

My problem comes and goes.
I don't think it's muscle.
If I put my elbow down, it feels like little bumps under the skin. Pressing on the bone.
I can play with the skin no problem, no pain. Sometimes, rub your elbow fell a little ball .
Any suggestions, Please.
