In this video, we'll be finishing up our discussion on building a personalized rehab program for medial epicondylitis (aka golfer's elbow).

In our previous five videos, we've covered a lot of information about how other areas of the body can impact media epicondylitis. And now, we're taking it one step further by introducing you to a brain-based strengthening approach that you should consider adding to your training program.

This approach takes advantage of new research into how the brain and body interact when tendon issues arise and offers a research validated process that you can start using immediately.

We hope you find this very helpful as you continue on your rehab journey!

Video Highlights:
-- Working on low tissue capacity via strengthening exercises
-- About Tendon Neuroplastic Training

I'm going to try this for plantar fasciopathy. I've tried Dr. Rio's isometric protocols of 45-sec isometrics with really heavy loads and that has made a huge impact on lowering the pain level. It looks like this is the next step. Thanks Doc.
