LOL, I probably couldn’t get one rep with a 60 lbs dumbbell.

This looks like a great way to train forearms but 99.9% of people will be limited by their forearm strength and will reach failure on the forearms first, thus making it ineffective as a bicep training exercise. I however was looking for new forearm exercises and this looks pretty promising for that. Thank you!

Barbell drags 5 sets of 15
Incline seated dumbbell curls 4 sets of 12
Reverse cable curls 3 sets of 15 to 20. This gave me a nice size to my bies.
