Depending on your time you can do 2-4 rounds of this workout

* 20 Wide Outs
* 20 Sump Squat Jumps
* 10 4 Mountain Climbers + 2 Push Ups
* 20 Double Lunge Jump (10/side)
* 20/side Reverse to Curtsy Lunge
* 20/side Plank Knee Tap + Pull
