that's why many of us get extra rice as topping so we can eat the broth with the rice to reduce the saltiness (you dump the rice into the broth and maybe add some onsen egg, gyoza and green onion) 😊

I found a ramen shop here in Sagamihara city where the ramens have fish based soup. They are soooo good! I love the dried fish ramen. If you ever come by this city, please try it here.

The reason why this broth is super salty is because of the Bean Sprouts. Bean sprouts have lots of water content, so it will dilute your broth so the salt will balance out as long as you stir the bran sprouts into the soup. And for this reason i do not eat bean sprouts with my Viet Beef Pho.
