Could you cover KJ Apa's workout ?
He has a good physique. Neither too bulky nor too lean. I think it might be easier to build & maintain with regular lifestyle with either bodyweight or gym.

It's not all about calories, it's all about macro's and what you are eating, You can eat 2000-2500 calories and workout 3 times and still lose weight easily. If you want to stop eating add small fatty foods in your diet.

Hey man i have lost 22 pounds in 3 months through cardio and if but now i waana maintain that weight but stop doing this much cardio and start doing weightlifting can u give me some advice

Hey, I have a question. What about walking like, let's say, 30000 steps a day or more? is it feasible? I have like 10kg of fat that i need to lose, but i don't want to lose much muscle in the process
