It works only on games and when I get off those games it stops allowing me to click on anything. whenever I unplug my mouse, restart then it starts to work when I get on a game. its really annoying and tedious

Thank you ive had this before and i was restarting my pc like 6 times then it worked and i saw this vid and saw i needed to update and now it works fine

Worked for me, , powering off and powering on my pc diddnt work so i ended windows explorer and started it again and i seemed to work.
