Thank you! Taking out my receiver and turning my mouse off, then restarting my computer and putting the receiver back in and turning the mouse back on worked!

I have a mouse that you can put in only 1 AA 1, 5V battery and it has been working well for over the year even though it's from China. When it did not work, I knew I had to change the battery. And I did it and it worked. Btw I got a Pringles can filled with batteries so I don't need to worry about buying more! :)

This is literally a brand new battery! The light is even green like it’s supposed to be, meaning the battery works perfectly! And it still won’t work!
