How to Fix Mouse Highlighting Problem

My mouse sometimes keeps highlighting everything when i click; text, images. Whenever I click on it, instead of just blinking as it normal does and should and I found a solution somewhere on the Internet and I thought why not make a video about it, as I didn't find any video that specifically fixes this issue.

Sorry, forgot to mention which button I pressed. It is "Ins" or "0" button on number pad on a windows laptop.

What the video maker failed to make clear was it is the "0" or "Ins" button on you numbers pad that is sticking. Just click it a few times and it should clear up the problem.
