This method refresh the driver and does not fix the problem at all, in fact the restart is what fixed it temporary, no one knows what is the cause of this even Microsoft themselves. this will keep appearing again and again.

I have run so many virus and rootkit scans because it felt like i was using a 15yo computer in a big office. Like open something wait 2 days click something maybe. Watch my task manager like a hawk but nothing. I was still able to play games with the mouse but not click windows or start menu options, they dont even highlight half the time
