The mouse that I'm using is about 2 years old now, and the right button was starting to "stutter" anytime I'd press on it really hard. Imagine playing a game where you'd need to hold down the right button to move your camera around and noticing a few instances where the camera would stop and then continue to move again, that was my issue. Doing this tutorial solved the problem, thank you so very much for this video.

This is a useful video, it worked! The hardest part is opening the microswitch but indeed as soon as you get a thing inserted in between (1:01) all is well. Used a flat precision screwdriver and it popped right up. Cleaned and now clicking away! One more mouse saved from filling up the landfill :)

The buttons of my mouse are not like yours from inside (I am referring to the black colored boxes with red and green buttons at 0:45, where you keep your screwdrivers tip). They are not cuboidal .They are cubical with four dot like things on corners on top with a black circular button in the center. It cannot be opened with your method. Please help.
