TORCHED Triceps & Chest Workout - Dumbbells | EPIC Endgame Day 6

A chest & tricep workout, with a lot of focus equally split between the chest & triceps today!

The staple will be targeting the triceps and it will appear 5 times in total and each set will be the same as all sets, the 1 minute of work!

We will take this staple SLOW! Aiming for good depth on lowering of the dumbbell! Keep knees soft, hips pushed forward to prevent arching of lower back & try to refrain from straining your head forward… try to relax into it and only go so low as is comfortable for you!

The timer will be on for 60 seconds of work, with 30 se seconds rest in between each exercise!

All you will need for this workout is dumbbells and your mat!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg and 9kg!

When I finished, I actually said that my triceps were torched! And I loved that finisher!

I could only do 50 reps of the finisher... my dumbells magically went from weighing 2, 5 kg to weighing 50 kg, or at least it felt that way 😅 loving the workouts, thank you Caroline!

That was hard! Unfortunately I was not in a good headspace and that made it even tougher - but with some modifications and lighter weights, I finished. I’ll be honest, I don’t feel epic today but so worth it to workout with Caroline and all of you ❤️

The adjectives used by Caroline to describe her workouts are always true & for today, “torched” that really was something. The finisher gave me feelings of paralysis, lol 😆 I challenged myself using a pair of 17.5kgs, 15kgs for the staple, 10kgs for the flies & 7.5kgs for the entire tricep series!! Also, my biceps are swollen 🔥 Thank you Caroline, I’m loving these 100 rep finishers that completely finish me!

Hi Caroline...hi everyone...What a brilliant upper body workout! Definitely torched triceps at the end! I loved the mix of dumbbell exercises and press ups and the staple was superb! Ever since discovering this channel just a few short months ago, I've increased my ability to use heavier dumbbells by 3lbs which to me is huge. Caroline has done wonders for my neglected upper body! -Kasia

Thanks for the great workout!

For those with adjustable dumbbells, it would be really appreciated if the description could include which weights (heavier or lighter is enough) you are using for each exercise. It's not always clear until you start the exercise whether you're using the lower and heavier one, which makes it hard to adjust when I start.

Done! I really made good use of my new dumbbells today and used five different pairs ranging from 6kg for the skullcrushers (tried 8kg first but hit failure early on) to 17.5kg for the chest presses. I used 8kg for the the finisher and finished just a few seconds after Caroline. 👍🏼

I am so glad that I have found Caroline’s channel I have been doing these workouts for a while. I was so excited when she came out with this 50 day program I get to do them as she uploads🙌🏻 I am. Is seven months pregnant and still love staying in shape with her videos. I definitely change some things as I can’t do them pregnant but I still feel great after each workout 🏋️‍♀️

Buzzing to start week 2. Week 1 has already been life changing for me . My energy is crazy high throughout the day. I’m feeling like a new person! I usually use 8kg dumbbells but my 12.5kg’s arrived today, Very excited to use them. Chest and triceps is my favourite !
