I’m not saying that you should eat those kinds of calorie-heavy snacks, in fact, do not. But your body burns that amount of calories quite quickly just in keeping you functioning. I still promote exercising though.

Monster your calories are burnt off during sleep and the digestion process. You don't need to work out to "earn" your calories.

Let me tell you brother: calorie deficit’s suck (in a good way)
Every 🍔 and 🍕 tests your willpower and discipline.
Pro tip: Stop eating after 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm. It’ll take a while but it’ll be worth it.

Pretty good weight loss tip, focus on how many calories you burn not how many you eat because if you don't focus on how many your eating you will most likely eat less calories, works for me, I'm down 30 pounds of fat, lost 40 pounds of muscle because i dont eat a lot of protein 😂😂😂

Well im not saying to eat whatever you want but technically your body burn calories even when your just standing, calories keeps burning so that our body can function, but yeah exercise is also important

Real! I’ve been at my cottage with my family and they are all snaking, but I’m still on my calorie deficit, they keep telling me “it’s ok it’s just a week” but I keep thinking to my self “that’s so much more exercise I need to do to burn it off” 💪
