I mean...you will lose weight if you eat fewer calories. Being healthy is a lot more than just being thin, but often just losing the weight will seriously improve your health.

Losing weight and being healthy are two seperate things you should try to do at the same time. Like weightlifting gets you strong but without cardio your still slow and tired all the time.

Ppl gotta stop using “losing weight” and being “healthy” interchangeably, I know bodybuilders that can’t touch their toes, and get winded going up a flight of stairs and they got less body fat percentage then me, that is not healthy

I’m writing a book on this because I am sick and tired of the lies. You absolutely can eat literally whatever you want and lose weight. I never said it was healthy or that it was a sustainable way to handle the situation, but it absolutely can be done. If you have any doubts of that, I recommend you refresh yourself on the literature.

It 💯 percent is cal in vs. Cal out. Other factors contribute OF COURSE, but those are like side quests. The journey is cal in (diet) vs. Cal out (workout/metabolic).

Now, if you want to get healthy while losing weight, that requires a lot more than just being in a calorie deficit.

The problem with CICO is that to be lean u have to eat a lower amount of cals, so you need to eat more nutrient and protein dense food with less calories to allocate
