HOME CHEST WORKOUT | No Equipment | Rowan Row

Hey guys, these are few of my favourite bodyweight Chest exercises that you can perform them at home or anywhere you go without any gym equipment at all.
Make sure you execute the movement correctly and you’ll get results in no time.

Exercises:

1. Outer/Inner push ups
2. Explosive negative push ups
3. Archer push ups
4. Incline diamond push ups
5. Decline push ups
6. Sliding chest flyes
7. Dip stretch push ups
8. 30sec push up - 15 sec down 15 sec up

BREAK TIME between the exercises should around 60-90 sec.

Hey guys, I forgot to mention in the video that the rest time in between the exercises should be 60sec to 90sec. Enjoy :)

A couple of requests:
1. when performing the exercise, please tell us what muscles it involves. This can be written in captions, where the name of the exercise and the number of repetitions.
2. Exercise with socks can be done with home Slippers. It all depends on the floor covering.
And in General-great videos and exercises! I marked them for myself, thank you!

The sock and the book technique was new for me, I will apply that for sure in my chest workout, thanks for that Rowan.
And I wanted to let you know that you mentioned the benefit of a particular variation but not for every variation you did, if you could do that in your future videos it will bring more clarity for beginners.

I really like this workout. I can't do a complete archer push up so I just focus on the form and do the very limited range I can manage atm...

I adored his workout system always not not too much talking or explanation. Since the Locked down I stop the gym.I’m 47yo I’m trying to keep fit this is the only exercise in YouTube channel that I always play .thanks for sharing your video 😍🙏🏽

I am almost 59 years old, and working from home now not able to go to the gym. Having said that I wish I had found your videos sooner these work at home videos are done very well I like the timing and peace of instructions thank you very much for making this happen. Your latest ones with the timer I think are even better I like the countdown it reminds me to look up and prepare for the next exercise I have this running on my iPad sitting on the floor near me as I work out your routines

We can only admire your dedication mister Rowan, I never wished to have a bulky body if I could have a body like yours, you may think it's a doom because u were skinny, but it's a bless, almost no body can look as good in clothes as u do however muscular they get, I wish you would do a video telling us about how you pick up clothes, how you match colors, how to fit them, whether you take them to the tailor or not, and some tips and advices to look even better in those clothes.

Always wondering how come u r not on the face of every famous men fashion brand
