I'm in the UK and I've walked away from several jobs over the years due to the bullying, the stress, long hours and the toxic environment and people. How people can treat their fellow human beings like dirt. It's disgusting.

I am also going through this experience at the moment. When I tell people I am met with the reasoning there must be something wrong with me. Using you as an example. You explained that story so eloquently and you really succeeded in that role. People can be so cruel when they hate themselves. It’s unfortunate that they choose to take it out on people who have done nothing to them.

Warehouses are a breeding ground for bullies, don't bet on others standing up for you.
Don't share anything about you, don't bring anything physically personal with you that can be destroyed.
Have things set up whereas you can pick up and leave within 30 minutes or less.

I worked in a huge mine after 2 years I actually was worried they may kill me in a (accident ) . Every day was a set up, flying monkeys everywhere. It was a good job I was great at it. My coworkers absolutely hated me.

Watching this because I'm being bullied at work rn. My bullies exclude me from everything. So much so, they won't even look at me when I go into the office, yet seem to be very friendly and approachable with everyone else. It's real high school vibes. I've been completely frozen out of conversations, social groups and events. I'm also a quiet and private person, and I think that pisses them off cuz I won't give anything away. I don't know their motives, but they've been openly hostile since day one, so I can only assume it's jealousy. What happened to you is so awful, I'm really sorry you went through all this. You're very strong ❤❤❤

When something like that you experience you'll be terminated sooner or later.
The bullies and mobers want see you back another word's they want push and squeeze you out that is happened to me 9 years ago.

I was mobbed at work as well. I resigned last month but I am traumatized and it saddens me that my reputation is ruined. I live in a small country so news gets around quickly so a lot of ppl know and it’s hard.

I got mobbed at my old job for 5 years but stayed coz I needed the work experience and money, I left due to personal reasons and found another job a year later. But at that new job I found old colleagues who used to mob me at the previous job. In my first week I got blamed for projects that started months before I joined not working out, the team was mismanaged, and worst of all I got mobbed again coz my old colleagues started spreading those old rumors about me to the other staff. Within 2 weeks I'd had enough and just quit. I'm no longer gonna tolerate a toxic workplace and garbage human beings even if the money is too good. I realized they paid so much coz people kept on quitting due to their poor management and work environment.

I deal with this as well because I want no part in their gossip 🤦🏽‍♀️ When I get a job I am professional not a joker because I expect to level up eventually.
